Product Information and Pricing
Prices for goods, services, and delivery displayed on the website are current at the time of display.

Placing Orders
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, orders are usually dispatched within 48 business hours unless otherwise notified. Payment options include Credit Card, PayPal, or Direct Deposit (Direct Deposit is only available in Australia).

Once an order has been placed and paid for in full, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Postage
All items are posted via Australia Post. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

International postage will be calculated separately, and an invoice will be sent to the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Whatever Where-ever Craft is not responsible for theft or loss, unless proof of non-delivery can be provided. Signature on delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Refunds Policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We offer a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges.

  • Sale items may not be returned.

  • Patterns and books may not be returned due to copyright laws.

  • Fabric may only be returned if it is faulty.

  • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us.

  • No private customer details are forwarded to any organisation except as required by your card provider to process the purchase.

  • Once orders are shipped, all card details are destroyed. We do not hold any card details in-store or on file.
